We designed and built this 1/12th scale walnut console table with the smaller child in mind. It won't survive a smashing or use as a hammer (or nail), but it will survive rougher play. No kids in need of furniture? I've had plenty of adults buy this type of table for themselves - it works well in rooms with modern furniture. Don't think this is a console table? How about a buffet or side table? The wood you see in the picture is natural walnut (no stains) finished with linseed oil. The console table stands 2" tall and its top is 1-1/2" x 3". The picture is representative - every dollhouse piece is unique so the wood for your furniture will vary from the picture. WARNING: If product is abused, it can be broken presenting a choking hazard.
