3. Digital Downloads & Woodworking Plans
- License for Use: When purchasing or downloading digital plans, templates, or instructions, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for individual personal use.
- Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, upload to public repositories, or share digital project files. You may not use our proprietary templates to manufacture mass-market goods for commercial resale.
- Final Sale: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital files, all sales of downloadable woodworking plans and digital templates are final.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing errors, or limited material inventory.
