Shipping & Delivery
- Free Shipping: Free shipping promotions apply strictly to standard delivery within the United States for a single shipping address per order. Free shipping cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- Order Processing & In-Stock Items: In-stock items typically ship the next business day (for orders received by 6:00 PM Eastern Time).
- Carrier & Transit Times: Standard domestic orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail). Delivery transit times within the continental U.S. typically range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
- Holiday Fulfillment: Leading up to peak holiday periods, we process and dispatch packages through Saturdays to minimize transit delays.
- Packaging: All physical pieces are packaged securely using protective, eco-friendly materials in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure safe transit.
- Made-to-Order & Custom Items: Items built to order ship within the production lead time listed on the specific product page.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to our studio due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address, the customer is responsible for the postage fee required to reship the package.
Returns & Exchanges
- 30-Day Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please contact us at don [at] happybungalow.com first to initiate a return, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for standard orders within the United States.
- Item Condition: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging and components.
- Restocking Fees & Condition: Returns received damaged, altered, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% to account for refurbishment or packaging loss. Items returned with irreparable damage or signs of heavy use that prevent resale do not qualify for a refund.
- Digital Downloads: Due to their immediate electronic delivery, all sales of downloadable woodworking plans, digital templates, and cutting files are final and non-refundable.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee
Happy Bungalow will repair, replace, or refund any handcrafted product that proves defective in materials or workmanship during normal, reasonable residential use. Email us clear photos and a description of the defect at don [at] happybungalow.com. This guarantee does not cover intentional abuse, normal cosmetic wear and tear, or improper outdoor exposure.
Taxes & Currency
- Currency: All prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
- Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales tax is collected on orders as required by state law (including applicable merchandise and shipping taxes on orders delivered within Ohio).
