This mallard duck is made from natural green poplar wood - the colors are all natural. It's about 1-1/2" tall, 2" wide, and 3/4" thick. As with all our toys, we've sanded the wood and all the edges of this toy smooth so it will be delicate in the hands of your little one.

A note about green poplar: The wood is not green in terms of seasoning, but rather in color. The color is natural and will eventually oxidize to a brown color. Exposure to sunlight will accelerate this. How long will it take? It could be six months, it could be a decade. We can't say for certain as this is a natural product and depends on how much time it spends in direct sunlight.

This product is in stock and typically ships the next business day (if ordered by 8pm EST). Within the US standard shipping (USPS First Class) transit time is around 2-5 days, expedited (USPS Priority) is 1-3 days.
