So you're really interested in having your own chicken. But zoning codes are getting in your way. Or caring for real life animals. Or some such other concern. Still though, you think of that a chicken would be nice.
Well dream no longer! This wooden chicken is a snap to care for and it's super fun! This chicken is one of the first animal toy designs we made and is still one of our favorites. Made from natural maple wood, this chicken is about 2 inches tall & wide, and about 3/4 inch thick. As with all our toys, we've sanded the wood and all the edges edges of this chicken smooth so it will be delicate in the hands of your little one.
This toy is intended for children over 3. It's not a teether, but is safe if toddlers take a taste test. This toy is finished with a natural and non-toxic beeswax polish we make ourselves and leaves this wood toy with a smooth finish. All colors you see are natural - we use no stains, dyes, or paint.
We stand behind our toys. All Happy Bungalow toys come with a use & care guide along with 10 year warranty. Our toys are rough and tumble and ready for fun. Note that pictures are representative. Every toy is unique so grain orientation and color may vary (images with more than one animal show how different animals vary).
