Try this tongue twister: How much ground could a groundhog hog, if a groundhog could hog ground? Not as catchy and recognizable as: How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? It still works though. Call him a groundhog, a woodchuck, even a whistlepig or land-beaver - this toy is fun.
This woodchuck slash groundhog is made from oak, a strong wood with loads of character. The toy is about 3 inches long, 1-1/2 inches high and about 3/4 inch thick. We've sanded the wood and all corners smooth so this toy will be delicate in the hands of your little one.
This toy is intended for children over 3. It's not a teether, but is safe if toddlers take a taste test. This animal is finished with a natural and non-toxic beeswax polish we make ourselves and leaves this wood animal with a smooth finish.
