Hi, I'm Don. I've been writing, doodling, and dreaming for just about forever.

Turns out finding publishing outlets is hard (don't let anyone tell you different). I've written loads of query letters and submitted lots of blind submissions, and yet . . . nothing.

But I keep at making things, but self-publishing is hard too. And frustrating. And discouraging. It must be for every solitary guerrilla bootstrap punk-rock self-marketing success story, there's a graveyard of also-rans.

And one day I'll be too old and feeble to do anything but eat pudding and regret, and I'd like to spend my last days just eating pudding.

So I  committed myself to self-publishing.  In 2023 I started publishing a weekly fiction-newsletter "All of It" (https://donclark.substack.com/) with the idea that at the end of the year I would collect everything into a printed journal.  The year ended and lots of editing, formatting, and proofing later, here it is!

All of It Volume 1 is a sort of literary journal, kind of a zine.

What's inside?  Forty-some stories, poems, illustrations, and odd-ball short fiction.
